No Client Relationship

A client relationship begins only when 27 Diamonds and the client enter into an applicable written agreement.

The scope, price, timing, payment terms, responsibilities, limitations, and other conditions of any services provided by 27 Diamonds are governed by the applicable signed agreement. If these Terms of Use conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

Interior Design and Construction Information

27 Diamonds is an interior design company and is not a licensed general contractor or specialty contractor.

Descriptions of remodeling, construction coordination, installations, contractor referrals, or completed projects should not be interpreted as a representation that 27 Diamonds performs work requiring a contractor’s license.

Construction and licensed trade work must be performed under separate arrangements with appropriately licensed contractors or other qualified professionals.

Accuracy and Availability of Website Content
