Absolutely. You do not need to redesign your entire home to work with us.

Many clients begin with one priority space, such as a living room, bedroom, kitchen, or bathroom. Others hire us for several rooms or the entire property.

We primarily provide interior design services throughout Orange County, California. We also accept select projects in parts of Los Angeles County, the San Gabriel Valley, and Riverside County.

Yes. In addition to English, members of our design team speak Spanish, Cantonese, and Farsi.

Yes. Our Anaheim studio is where clients meet with their designers and see their projects begin to take shape.

The studio includes presentation rooms, a full kitchen showroom, cabinetry displays, window treatment options, and a large selection of fabrics and materials.

We typically begin with a brief phone call to learn more about your project. You can share your goals, concerns, and any inspiration you already have. Our receptionist will then walk you through the packages that may best fit your needs. If you decide to move forward, the next step is typically an in-person consultation.

Your in-person consultation gives us a chance to see the space, understand what is not working, and learn what you want to achieve.

Your designer will walk through the property with you, answer questions, and offer feedback based on the actual space, so we recommend taking notes.

We will also explain our design packages in more detail and walk you through how our process works, so you know what to expect before moving forward.

That is completely normal, and you do not need to have your design style figured out before meeting with us. During the consultation, your designer will get to know you, talk through what you are drawn to, and ask questions about how you live and want your home to feel. From there, they will help you put a name to your style and find a design direction that feels right for you, even if it is a blend of several styles.

Yes. A new design does not always mean starting over.

We can often work with existing furniture, artwork, rugs, or sentimental pieces. Let your designer know which items matter to you so they can be considered from the beginning.

We offer several options based on the size of your project and the amount of help you need. Visit our Pricing and Packages page for current details, package inclusions, and starting prices.

Your designer will walk you through the recommendations prepared for your project. What is presented will depend on the package you selected and the scope of the work.

Presentations typically take place at our Anaheim studio. You will have time to review the design, ask questions, and share feedback before moving forward.

The Diamond Package and Construction Design Package typically include up to two complimentary revisions.

Other services may have different revision policies. These details will be explained before work begins.

When revisions are included, your designer will use your feedback to refine the design. The goal is to create something beautiful that also feels right for you.

Yes. We are confident that you will love your design. However, if you feel during the first presentation that the design has completely missed your expectations, and a revision will not resolve the issue, 27 Diamonds will refund 50 percent of the design fee.

Please note: The satisfaction guarantee applies only to the Diamond Package and Construction Design Package.

Yes. We offer virtual design services for select projects. Because each project is different, pricing may vary. Contact us to tell us about your space and learn more about the available options.

We offer flat-rate design packages based on the room and the type of project.

This allows you to know the design fee before work begins. Larger or more complex projects may require a custom proposal.

Yes. We offer discounts for multi-room and whole-home projects. Once your designer has seen the space and understands the full scope, they can explain the pricing options available to you.

No. Your design fee covers the professional design services included in your package.

Furniture, materials, and other project purchases are separate.

Yes. Financing may be available on qualifying purchases of furnishings and materials. We’ve partnered with Synchrony, one of the country’s leading consumer financing companies, to offer this option.

No. Hiring us for design services does not require you to purchase every item through 27 Diamonds. We can source and order products for you, including custom and trade-only pieces, or you may purchase standard retail items directly when appropriate.

However, when you purchase through us, you gain the added benefit of our team handling the ordering and coordination for those items, taking a significant amount of work off your plate. The next FAQ explains what that support includes.

Yes. Managing multiple orders on your own can quickly become stressful, especially when items are delayed, damaged, or missing. That is where we come in.

For items purchased through us, we handle the tracking, vendor follow-up, and receiving, so you do not have to juggle it all yourself. We also store those items at our warehouse until they are ready for installation, so they do not clutter your home in the meantime. If something arrives damaged or incomplete, we work directly with the vendor to get the issue resolved.

Yes. For items ordered through 27 Diamonds, we can receive and inspect them at our warehouse. We can also store them until your project is ready and arrange delivery and installation when available.

Additional fees may apply.

Your project officially begins once you have signed the agreement and paid the design fee. At that point, your designer can begin the work included in your package.

The timeline depends on the size and type of project.

A single-room furnishing project may move faster than a remodel or new construction project. Product availability and contractor schedules can also affect timing.

Once we understand the scope, we can give you a better idea of what to expect.

We will always take your target date seriously, but we cannot guarantee a specific completion date.

Shipping delays, backorders, permits, and contractor schedules can affect the timeline. Tell us about any important deadline as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Speak with your designer as soon as possible if you need to pause.

Long periods without communication can affect pricing, schedules, and the status of the project. Under the applicable agreements, a project may be considered complete after 90 days without client communication.

Yes. Our Construction Design Package helps clients make the many design decisions involved in a remodel or new build.

We can develop the overall design and provide plans, selections, and specifications based on the project.

Licensed professionals remain responsible for construction documents, permits, structural work, and the physical construction.

No. We are an interior design and design consulting firm, not a general contractor.

We create the design and provide the information needed to communicate it. The physical construction must be completed by the appropriate contractors and licensed professionals.

Yes. We are happy to collaborate with your contractor and other project professionals.

Your designer can explain the design intent and answer design-related questions. The contractor remains responsible for the construction work and job-site management.

We can recommend contractors we have worked with over the past 15 years and help point you in the right direction.

You will hire the contractor directly and remain responsible for reviewing their qualifications, proposal, and work.

The client and the appropriate licensed professionals are responsible for permits and required construction documents.

27 Diamonds may provide design plans and specifications. These do not replace documents required from an architect, engineer, contractor, or local building department.

Site visits may be included depending on your package.

During a visit, your designer can answer design-related questions and help clarify the intended result. Additional site time may be available for an added fee.
