Warm wood and concealed lighting became the thread connecting the main spaces of this contemporary home. In the kitchen, rift-cut white oak cabinetry and a micro-Shaker profile keep the wood feeling clean rather than heavy, while panel-ready appliances blend into the surrounding cabinetry. Lighting beneath the uppers and inside the glass displays adds depth without making the fixtures themselves the focus.

That same approach continues into the living room, where bookmatched porcelain anchors the fireplace and floating wood shelves hide their LED lighting completely.

The office takes the wood detailing even further with slat paneling and illuminated floating shelves. Each room has its own character, but the repeated materials and quieter lighting choices make the spaces feel naturally connected.
