The clients approached this Orange home with a clear preference for full glamour, including a black-and-white living room inspired by a Kardashian interior they referenced. Graphic painted bands give the room its structure, while white drapery softens the contrast and muted blue accents connect with the artwork. At the entrance, we treated the rotunda-like space almost like a hotel lobby, adding wainscoting, sconces, a marble medallion, metallic ceiling finishes, and a curved upholstered bench.

A marble-tile runner and aligned lighting give the long central hallway more architectural presence as it connects the main rooms. Crushed-crystal trellis wallcovering defines the dining room, while durable custom chairs bring pink and navy into the children’s shared office. One of the most personal spaces is the Bloomingdale’s-inspired laundry room, where a checkerboard floor and red appliances turn an everyday room into part of the larger design story.
