Ajinomoto Windsor

Ajinomoto produces frozen foods, and its Ontario facility needed a commercial test kitchen and tasting room where new products could be prepared, sampled, and presented to clients. Glass walls separate the tasting area from the working kitchen while keeping the food preparation clearly visible, making that process part of the experience.

We gave the room a modern character with a circular dropped ceiling, integrated LED lighting, and pendant fixtures that turn the tasting area into a focal point.

Wood ceiling panels, tile, wallpaper, and a decorative door bring warmth and detail into the space. Custom bench seating also provides a comfortable place to screen advertisements, product videos, and other presentations, adding a restrained touch of glamour without distracting from the room's purpose.
